Before founding Evo Air, CEO Chris Figueras spent 15 years with another company. He started as a driver and worked his way to general manager, learning how field service, scheduling, parts, customer care, and leadership connect. Chris started Evo Air alongside his wife and partner, Leonor. In the early years, they accepted construction work, residential calls, air conditioning projects, refrigeration needs, and other opportunities that helped the young company grow. Danny Gosiker joined the leadership team in 2014, bringing additional support as the business developed.
Experience eventually pointed Evo Air toward its strongest niche: commercial sites that need an ongoing relationship with technicians who understand the property, equipment history, access rules, and operating priorities.

Today, approximately 95 percent of Evo Air’s work is commercial. The team supports warehouses, offices, banks, gyms, medical facilities, and managed buildings with air conditioning, chillers, cooling towers, heat pumps, ductless systems, coils, controls, indoor air quality, installation, repair, and maintenance. Every major equipment brand is welcome.
The Planned Maintenance Agreement sits at the center of many client relationships. No two agreements are identical because equipment, schedules, occupancy, service access, and business risk differ from one property to another. Each visit adds to the service history, helping managers identify changes, plan repairs, and discuss replacement before an emergency limits their choices.
Evo Air also offers 24/7 emergency response and move-in or move-out inspections for property managers and owners. During an active problem, clients receive updates instead of silence. Findings are explained in direct language, and recommendations are tied to the building’s needs rather than a preferred manufacturer or automatic sales path.
