Leonor “Leo” Figuera keeps the business operating smoothly. As the company owner and Chief Financial Officer, Leo oversees Evo Air’s day-to-day operations, including accounting, customer service, and contractual agreements.

Her dedication to Evo team and client satisfaction is unmatched. Born and raised in Miami, Leo is fluent in both English and Spanish. Known for her exceptional leadership qualities and pleasant manner, Leo ensures that every project is completed timely, and each of her clients are always well-informed at every given stage.

When she’s not serving as her company’s home station, Leo can be found spending time with her two daughters and husband – whether on a boat, reading, or traveling the world.
